Tenzen Arcade Japanese arcade cabinets, tested one by one

Delivery and collection

A cabinet is not a parcel

An arcade cabinet commonly weighs more than 90 kg and stands close to 1.60 m tall. It travels with a specialist carrier, packed and protected for the journey, and is delivered to the foot of the building or the threshold of the home depending on access. The carrier will call you to arrange a time slot, so a reachable phone number is essential.

Plan the route in: door widths, stairs, lift. If access is awkward, tell us before you order — we would rather find a solution than discover the problem on the pavement.

Collection from the workshop

Collection is free of charge, by appointment. You see the machine running before taking it away and we help you load it. Bring a suitable vehicle — a van, not a car boot — and straps.

Lead times

Lead times run from receipt of your payment, not from the order: each cabinet is reserved for seven days while the transfer arrives. We write to you as soon as it ships, with the tracking details.

On arrival

Inspect the machine while the carrier is there. If anything is damaged, write precise, detailed reservations on the delivery note (“front right corner dented”, not “subject to unpacking”, which counts for nothing), then confirm them to the carrier by registered letter within three days, not counting public holidays (the exact wording of article L. 133-3 of the French commercial code). Tell us at the same time and we will take the claim from there.

Outside mainland France

We do deliver to the rest of Europe, but not as a direct order: moving a machine this size is priced case by case, depending on destination and access. Request a quote and we will come back with a firm price, transport included. The same applies to the French overseas departments.
