Warranty

Every cabinet is tested point by point before going on sale, and the full report is published on its page. That does not replace anything: your legal guarantees apply in full, and we add ours on top.

Your legal guarantees

These are owed by law, free of charge, and no clause can set them aside.

The legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French consumer code) covers, for two (2) years from delivery, any defect that makes the cabinet not match what was described to you. As these are second-hand goods, a defect appearing in the first twelve (12) months is presumed to have existed at delivery: you have nothing to prove. You may ask for repair or replacement and, if neither is possible, for a price reduction or cancellation of the sale. Enforcing it costs you nothing.

The guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French civil code) applies to all buyers, private and business alike: if a defect that was invisible at purchase makes the cabinet unfit for its expected use, you may act within two years of discovering it and obtain cancellation of the sale or a price reduction. These are hidden defects: a mark of use described on the product page is not one.

To rely on either, write to [EMAIL] describing the problem. A photo or a short video saves a great deal of time.

Our commercial warranty

On top of that we guarantee the cabinet in working order for [DURÉE GARANTIE], covering [PÉRIMÈTRE GARANTIE]. Depending on the fault we fix it remotely by guiding you, send the part, or collect the machine.

Not covered: normal wear, consumables, and damage caused by transport you arranged, by work done by a third party, by non-compliant wiring or by abnormal use.

This commercial warranty is in addition to the legal guarantees above: it does not replace them and does not reduce them in any way. Even once it has expired, the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects continue to apply within their own time limits.

What we do before the sale

Every machine goes through a test procedure: picture, electronics, controls, cabinet. Each point is scored, commented and photographed, and the report is published as it stands — including what is not perfect. That is what lets you buy knowing what you get, and it also makes any claim straightforward: we know the condition the cabinet left in.

Parts and support

The spare parts essential to using the cabinet are available for [PÉRIODE PIÈCES DÉTACHÉES] from delivery. After that we go on looking for them, without being able to commit to it.

These machines are decades old and some parts are no longer made. We favour original parts and will tell you plainly when a repair is no longer possible rather than keep you waiting. After the warranty we remain reachable at [EMAIL] for advice or a paid repair.
